Presentation Instruction

Presentation Style:
All the oral presentations will be carried out by “online live presentation.”
One slot for a presentation is 18 minutes, including Q&A. Therefore, we suggest that the presenter makes a presentation within 15 minutes. Please confirm the microphone adjustment and the presentation-slide share before the session to avoid trouble.

Software for the Conference:
All the oral sessions of NCSP’21 will be held on the Zoom. Please install the zoom software on your computer before the conference from:
https://zoom.us/

The session-room codes will be available on the conference website from two-days before the conference. Everyone is welcome to join the conference sessions without any fee. Please invite colleagues in the same laboratory and university friends to join the conference sessions.

In the zoom, please set the displayed name as “Your full name (Affiliation).” In addition, please put your role in the session, if any, such as chair, presenter, and staff, at the head of your name.
For example:
[Chair] Masashi Unoki (JAIST)
[Presenter] Takashi Yasuno (Tokushima University)

Student Paper Awards:
As announced on the conference web site, the Student Paper Award is presented by the conference committee. Eligible papers must satisfy the following two conditions :
  1. The first author is a full-time student.
  2. The first author makes an oral presentation at the conference.
Note that the pre-recorded video presentation is NOT recognized as an “oral presentation at the conference.” Please make a live presentation at the scheduled time in the program for satisfying the eligibility.

Student Paper Award Ceremony:
The workshop closing ceremony, including the student paper award ceremony, will be held in Gather from 18:00 on Tuesday, March 2nd. The organizing committee asks all the participants to join the ceremony.
Gather will be open from 11:30 am on Tuesday, March 2nd. If it is the first time for you to use Gather, please read the instruction. gather_town.pdf

Conference Proceeding Distributions:
All the conference-paper authors will be received the download information of the conference proceedings on Monday, February 22. The conference participants, who are not the authors, can know the download information from the zoom chat in the session room.
If you have any questions, please ask that to Hiroo Sekiya, general secretary, NCSP’21.
