Paper Size and Fonts

Please use only A4-paper size. The printing area is 175mm x 226mm (6.9in x 8.9in). Nothing outside this area will be printed except for the header of the first page. The top margin and left-side margin are 40mm (1.6in) and 17mm (0.67in), respectively. The header (conference title; automatically added by our handling program) appears only on the first page of the manuscript. A two-column, single-space format and black ink should be used, including text and figures. All fonts should be embedded. Please don't use Type3 fonts.

LaTeX Style File and MS Word Template

For the convenience of LaTeX users, we provide a LaTeX style file (ncsp19.sty) which automatically formats the manuscript in accordance with the workshop requirements. A LaTeX sample file (ncsp19cr.tex) will show you how to use the style file. We also provide a Microsoft Word template (ncsp19.doc) and a sample paper in PDF format (ncsp19.pdf). The instructions of preparing manuscript with the author's kit can be found from the ncsp19.pdf. All authors should use this style format. At least one author of each paper must register and pay a registration fee until 15th and 16th Jan, respectively. If not, that paper will be removed from the proceedings.
